MexicoGenWeb - How to Contribute Content to this Site

We depend on volunteers and contributors to make this site useful to others. Everything on these sites is the result of contributions made by volunteers. We are grateful for the generosity and cooperation of everyone who has participated in these projects. Because of their contributions many families have been reunited.

We gladly accept copies of the following documents for posting to our websites.
  • photographs
  • school pictures
  • portraits
  • drawings
  • photographs of significant items such as wedding dresses, baby shoes, etc.
  • maps
  • Bible record entries
  • family genealogies or histories
  • birth, baptism, marriage and death certificates
  • obituaries and newspaper clippings
  • personal narratives and diaries
  • recipes, receipts, report cards, and other such odds and ends
Please scan your items at 300 dpi and save as the highest quality .jpg file. Please include names, dates, and locations with your files. We will post scans of documents in our MexicoGenWeb's Public Picasa Web Album in the state to which they belong.

Please also include your name so that we may acknowledge your contribution, and contact information if you would like to be contacted by others researching your family.
