Diedrich Carl Anjou (formerly Von Drieberg of Munden, Hanover,) lieutenant colonel (1791) b.about 1744 came to the Dutch Indies in the ship "Vrijberg" on 23.5.1755 as soldier, arrived in Ceylon on 3.3.1756; under the wrong name of "Anjou" - ensign (1761), lieutenant (1762), captain (1766). In 1769 he applied for permission to use his correct name. d.Nagapatnam 22.6.1804 m
